JULY 1999 / I SUCKED BACK THEN !!!

going through some old negs that I haven't seen in a decade. This was a year after I arrived in ny, and of course, like many others, I was into taking pictures of homeless people and similar shit ... I also shot some color, not because I was crazy about it, but because people told me color sells better. Bullshit - it's all about who you know, not about shooting b&w or color or film or digital or whatever.

(just pay attention how everything is neatly framed, in a little box! ... aaaaaaaagh, bad bad bad!)

ha, this was also before I stopped shooting vertical images - again, why would you shoot vertical if your eyes are placed horizontally? nonsense :)
